Teacup Puppy Health Guarantee

At Pitcher Teacup Puppies, we prioritize the health and well-being of our teacup puppies. All our puppies come with a Health Guarantee, ensuring peace of mind for their new families. Below are the terms of our health guarantee:

  1. Health Examination

    • All puppies undergo a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian before being made available for adoption.
    • You will receive a copy of the veterinarian’s health report along with vaccination records and parasite prevention treatment details.
  2. Coverage

    • Our health guarantee covers genetic disorders or congenital defects that affect your puppy’s overall health. If any issues arise that are deemed genetic within the first [6 months to 1 year] of ownership, we will provide a replacement puppy or a refund.
    • Our guarantee also covers any major health issues (such as heart disease, liver problems, etc.) that are discovered within [14 days to 30 days] after adoption.
  3. Exclusions

    • The guarantee does not cover issues arising from accidents, neglect, improper care, or any conditions caused by external factors (e.g., environmental stress).
    • Teacup puppies may be prone to certain health challenges due to their small size. This includes but is not limited to, fragile bones, dental problems, and low blood sugar. These are not covered under our health guarantee but will be explained thoroughly prior to adoption.
  4. Buyer Responsibilities

    • The buyer must provide the puppy with proper nutrition, regular veterinary visits, and a safe living environment.
    • If a puppy is found to have a health issue covered by the health guarantee, the buyer must contact us immediately and provide proof of diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian.
  5. Replacement or Refund

    • If a puppy is diagnosed with a serious, life-threatening health issue as specified in our health guarantee, we will offer the buyer a replacement puppy of similar breed and value, or a refund of the purchase price.
    • All medical records must be provided, and the affected puppy must be returned to us as part of the process for a replacement or refund.
  6. Health Maintenance

    • We recommend that new puppy owners maintain regular veterinary visits and provide the highest quality food and care to ensure the ongoing health of their pet.
    • Proper training, socialization, and an enriching environment are essential for the long-term happiness and health of your teacup puppy.
